Monocrete Steps Inc. warranties its new precast steps for a term of one
year from the date of installation and under normal conditions and use,
against cracking, settling and spalling. After an inspection by
Monocrete, Monocrete will repair or replace the product at Monocrete's
discretion. Please note the use of rock salt or similar chemicals for ice melting voids
warranty. We do not suggest putting any ice melt or rock salt on steps.
We recommend using sand instead. Any alterations done to the steps wil
void the warranty.
